As a Sales Associate, you will provide full support to the sales ensuring excellent customer service with the operating standards, policies, and procedures of TOUS. You will be trained to know our brand intimately so that you become its greatest ambassador, providing very high service standards.

Profile:

Minimum 1 year experience in the retail of fashion/luxury goods and/or customer service.
Excellent customer service skills with a great ability to connect and converse with our clients being one of your greatest assets
Being Bilingual is a plus
