Haywire Brings Unique Brand of Texas Hospitality to Memorial City on June 3
Haywire, a restaurant destination renowned for Texas-inspired cuisine and extensive whiskey with wine selections, is now serving up Texas hospitality in Memorial City. The new location marks the largest Haywire location in the state.
Haywire’s newest location at 947 Gessner Road in Memorial encompasses 20,000 square feet across multiple levels. This expansive space includes a variety of unique dining areas designed to transport diners to some of the best spots in the Lone Star State. The restaurant’s design takes cues from iconic Texas landmarks, blending rustic simplicity with modern sophistication to create a unique and inviting atmosphere capturing the essence of urban life.

The venue also offers several private dining spaces ideal for both intimate gatherings and large parties. A standout feature is the impressive 2,000-square-foot Party Barn, which seats over 100 guests and includes its own bar. The Party Barn and Courtyard are set to be completed by the end of summer, providing even more space for celebrations and gatherings. For added convenience, valet parking is complimentary with validation and highly encouraged.

Haywire’s menu is a true celebration of Texas, highlighting local flavors and ingredients sourced from across the state. The farm-to-fork menu is crafted with the freshest ingredients from across the state. Guests can enjoy a diverse selection of heritage recipes, each with its own unique story. For instance, the Lump Crab pays homage to the Texas Gulf Coast, while the 33 oz. Tomahawk ribeye reflects the ranching traditions of East Texas. Signature dishes like the Elk Tacos and Queso Blanco bring the tastes of Southern and West Texas right to your table.
Haywire’s whiskey and wine collections include the best of the state of the Texas while also showcasing connoisseurs’ highly allocated bottles from around the world. With dedicated wine and allocation rooms within the restaurant, guests are sure to find something they love at Haywire.
Reservations will be available to the public starting on opening day, June 3rd, and can be made by visiting HaywireRestaurant.com/reservations. Haywire will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Beginning Saturday, June 8th, guests can enjoy a special brunch menu from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
